  1. I made the Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad and it was fantastic – the first night, but since I'm a widow lady I like to have leftovers. Well, the next night it was all watery from the juice of all the fruit. It still tasted ok, but not like the first night. My suggestion is to serve it at a dinner party where it will all be consumed the first day. Don't make it a day ahead.
