Summer Slaw

Our summer slaw is perfectly light and flavorful with crisp cabbage and a rainbow of veggies. This is an easy recipe for no mayo coleslaw!

Summer Slaw

I am so happy to share with you a favorite from The Biggest Loser Cookbook series!  This amazing recipe Slimmer Summer Slaw was prepared by the black team in season 12 during a cooking challenge.  When I saw it, I knew I wanted the recipe and I am very excited to be sharing it with you.

Summer Cole Slaw

I love this no mayo coleslaw! I make a double batch of the coleslaw dressing every time, because it's a fantastic dressing on a garden salad too.

There is just enough creaminess from the sour cream to keep it from being a vinaigrette, with the perfect tang from the vinegar and warm nuttiness from the sesame oil. It is a home run!!!

Tips for No Mayo Coleslaw

  • Double the dressing, trust me it is so good you will find things to put it on.
  • You can use mayonnaise, Greek yogurt or sour cream in the dressing.
  • Keep the dressing seperate until ready to serve. I like to keep it in a mason jar.
