The count has been working feverishly on a new potion in his lair in his castle in Transylvania in honor of All Hallows’ Eve.  He has mastered the perfect creepy blood drips on his cocktail glasses this Halloween, let him show you how.  The Vampire’s Kiss Martini is sure to ‘turn you’ with just one sip of this sweet and seductive cocktail.

A gory looking cocktail dripping with ‘blood’ is sure to turn your victims, I mean party guests, into vampires with just one sip.  This sweet cranberry
pomegranate cocktail is created with whipped vodka for a
smooth flavor that doesn’t bite back, although it looks like it stepped
right out of Transylvania.

COCKTAIL TIP: To rim
a cocktail glass with blood drips, combine corn syrup and red gel food coloring
in a shallow bowl slightly larger than your cocktail glasses. Stir until well combined. Dip the cocktail glass rim into the mixture
and allow it to drip off while upside down for a moment. Flip the glass right side up and set on wax
or parchment paper until it is done dripping. Note: You need very little ‘blood’
on the rim to create the perfect drips.

Kick off your heels and pour one tonight!
