  1. I made the pepperoni puffs (which were fabulous). My daughter is a vegetarian and I decided to try making them with vegetables. I used olive oil and saute onions, peppers and mushrooms. Then Instead of adding the pepperoni I substituted the vegetables. Everything else I left as the recipe called for. Came out fabulous! She loved them.
