Chipotle Lime Mayo is the perfect condiment for sandwiches, burgers, or use as a dipping sauce! This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare!

Sometimes a simple dish can be made fabulous with an easy to make flavorful condiment.ย The aioli was originally developed as the perfect accompaniment for Grilled Sweet Potato Fries or Seasoned Grilled Fries.ย It is utterly amazing!
This is such a versatile sauce! Turn an everyday sandwich into an extraordinary meal with this Chipotle Lime Mayo.ย Itโs simply delicious with a little kick.ย You can add more chipotle peppers if you would like it really hot.ย I think it is perfect the way it is.ย I used it on a turkey and provolone sub and I have to say it was a superb chipotle turkey and provolone sub!

Just the right amount of smokiness and heat combined with a luscious mayo with the tart of lime. This mayo is perfect with fries, on burgers, chicken sandwiches and it really wakes up an egg sandwich. I truly love this mayo. It is one of my favorites. Although with Homemade Pesto Mayo and this Chipotle Lime Mayo both, you will be lucky to find and left over in my fridge!
TSRI Tip of The Day: Prepare chicken salad and use Homemade Chipotle Lime Mayo in place of regular mayo and you have a smoky chipotle lime chicken salad!

Oh yum! My boys are big condiment lovers. Always dipping everything into something. This looks delish!
Thanks Valerie! My munchkin is a dip lover too! That is how I get her to eat veggies some days.
Looks delicious!
Thanks DB!
I bet this is great with sweet potato fries! Do you use canned chipotle peppers?
It is awesome with the grilled sweet potato fries. I use the canned chipotle peppers by Embasa. They keep well in the fridge and you can even freeze them. Flash freeze on baking sheet and the drop in ziploc bag.
Seriously great mayo, I could see brushing it on some grilled shrimp just as they finish. Or using it as a really twisted version of the Alabama White BBQ Sauce. Bookmarking this for sure!!!!
Mmmm…I love homemade mayo and this chipotle and lime combination sounds so good! I'm featuring this post in Food Fetish Friday (with a link-back and attribution). I hope you have no objections and it's always a pleasure following youโฆ
Holy schnike that's a good dip. Used it with schnitzel strips. Worked wonders.
Could I use a replacement for the chipotle?
I can't get that here in Wales.
We ALWAYS have this in the fridge. We use it on anything you can think of LOL Even veggies! SO GOOD!
