No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are a simple recipe with a scrumptious crunchy peanut butter base topped with a glorious chocolate ganache that will blow your mind!!! It comes together without turning on the stove and with jusy 6 ingredients. That is my kind of recipe.

We are so excited to be partnering with International Delight®  to bring you another fabulous recipe. I don't know about you, but I love my coffee so I always have creamer in the house. I have found this to be an amazing convenient ingredient in cooking and baking sweets.

We have really packed our lives with a lot of meetings and appointments lately. We are building a new house and I can not begin to tell you all of the fun things you get to do when building a house. We have looked for our dream house for years so to finally decide to build has been so much fun.

Most recently, we have been spending a lot of time at the design center lately picking out the cabinets, flooring and all of our finishes. Well you know I love to feed people, it must be the Italian in me. So naturally I have been bringing treats to each appointment. But with all of the other things going on... You know normal life, baking is out of the question. I want something quick and easy and looks and tastes impressive.

Enter no-bake desserts. Last week we brought them a scrumptious no-bake dessert from our book that comes out in 2 weeks (The Simple Kitchen). The Rocky Road No-Bake Avalanche Bars were a total hit! So, I decided to whip up another peanut butter and chocolate delight!

Just 6 ingredients are in this recipe and it comes together so easy. It reminds me of a homemade Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. I could eat these all day. I bet the design center is going to go nuts over them tomorrow.

The crunchy and creamy peanut butter bar is topped in a scrumptious chocolate ganache that will blow your mind!!!

    No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are a simple recipe with a scrumptious crunchy peanut butter base topped with a glorious chocolate ganache that will blow your mind!!! It comes together without turning on the stove and with jusy 6 ingredients. That is my kind of recipe.

    • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
    • 2 cups honey roasted crunchy peanut butter
    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup International Delight French Vanilla (liquid) Creamer

    1. Add butter to a large microwave safe mixing bowl. Heat in the microwave until the butter is completely melted. Stir in the peanut butter. Once combined add the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Stir until everything is completely incorporated.
    2. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan and spread evenly. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the ganache topping.
    3. Heat creamer in the microwave until hot and steamy, about 1-2 minutes. Watch it carefully so it does not boil over. I use my 1 cup glass measuring cup.
    4. Meawhile add the chocolate chips to a medium bowl. Pour the hot creamer over the chips and cover the bowl. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. You may have to heat the mixture in the microwave again if the cream was not hot enough. I do 30 seconds at a time and stir between intervals.
    5. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer. Smooth into an even layer.
    6. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Cut and serve. Store bars in the refrigerator.
    1. These bars freeze great!

    1. SO GOOD!!!! If you are a peanut butter/chocolate fanatic like me, then you will love this. I followed other reviewers suggestions to make the recipe easier by melting the peanut butter with butter, then mixing with graham crackers and powdered sugar. Also, chill the peanut butter base for 15 minutes before topping with chocolate mixture.

    2. When I was a kid, my favorite treat was the peanut butter squares we got at lunchtime in elementary school. I've tried this recipe with creamy peanut butter and the graham crackers just didnt do it for me, so I tried it without the Graham crackers and it was much better, more like what I enjoyed as a kid.
