Lucky Shamrock Cocktail Shooters
Happy Thursday! It's Ladies Night. We couldn't let this week go by without shaking our shamrocks and sharing our pot o' gold with you.
I have certainly developed a mint thing this last few weeks. With one last Ladies Night before St Patrick's Day, Chad created a fabulous cocktail for me. Chocolate mint shamrock cocktail shooters are fun and festive. Creamy and minty with just the right hint of chocolate.
You are going to love it! Kick off your heels and pour one.

Shamrock Cocktail Shooters
serves 4 shooters
2 ounces Crème de menthe (mint liqueur)
4 ounces Crème de cacao white (chocolate liqueur)
3 ounces International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
ReddiWip Whipped Cream
Optional: sprinkles for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour first three ingredients into shaker. Shake to combine, strain into shot glasses. Top with whipped topping (I prefer the spray kind for this) and garnish with sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
