25 Quick and Easy Spring Celebration Desserts


Most holidays we spend with Chad's family (mine is 2,000 miles away).  I am usually in charge of desserts.  So, to make your weekend a little less stressful I put together these 25 Quick and Easy Spring Celebration Desserts.

Whether you are going to Easter, Spring break, a potluck or just staying home with the family; these desserts will have you in and out of the kitchen in plenty of time.

Cookies and Candies


Butterscotch Pecan Cookies are out of this world delicious. Soft and chewy with the perfect crunch, you are going to love 'em!

  1. Do your trifles travel well? I don't have to go too far, but would like to take one-either the Eastery Cadbury or the Oreo Mint (my daughter is campaigning for that one) and I am afraid that the whipped cream will get runny.

    1. The Cadbury does not have whipped cream in it. The white is marshmallow and it would travel very well. The green top is whipped cream, but you could add that once you get to your destination or whip it firm. Both of those would be excellent choices and will both travel well.
