Leprechaun's Lunch Cocktail


Happy Thursday, Slow Roasters!  Its Ladies Night here at The Slow Roasted Italian and do we have a drink for you.  This is a fantastic addition to the St Patrick's Day cocktails we have already shared with you.  It is a perfect smooth blend of mint, chocolate and caramel cream flavors.  This will surely bring out the Irish in you.

Enjoy and Happy St. Patty's Day!
Leprechaun's Lunch
1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream Caramel
1 ounce Creme de Menthe
1 ounce Creme de Cacao
4 ounces milk

Pour the Bailey's Irish cream, Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cacao over two ice cubes in a small (8-oz) highball glass. Add milk, stir, and serve.

  3. Holy smokes, girl. Which liquor turns it that color? Creme de menthe? There isn't food coloring added to this? Wow. That is so bright!

  6. Yum, dessert in a glass! I love Baileys, and this looks fantastic for a St Patrick's day party.....or just when you feel like a green drink :-)
