Instructions
- Preheat the Oven & Prep the Dish: Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF. Pour 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil into a small round or square oven-safe baking dish and tilt the dish to coat the bottom evenly.
- Assemble the Ingredients: Place the 8 ounces feta cheese block in the center of the baking dish. Scatter the halved 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes and 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives in the dish around the feta. Sprinkle the 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes and 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper evenly over the entire dish so every bite gets flavor.
