The Perfect Piña Colada Cocktail

Being it is vacation season and not all of us are headed to a dreamy vacation destination with a huge glass filled with a frozen cocktail to cool you down, I have just the recipe for you!

A mixture of rum, coconut and pineapple this cocktail is sure to sweep you away to your dreamy destination, whether it is a beach in the Caribbean or on a deserted island the Perfect Pina Colada is just what you need this summer.

Kick your heels off and pour one tonight!

Classic Pina Colada
serves 2

2 ounces white rum
2 ounces Malibu coconut rum
3 ounces coconut cream
2 ounces coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup ice, more as needed
2 sliced pineapple wedges (for garnish)

Place ingredients (except garnish) in blender and blend until you have smooth and creamy consistency.

Serve with pineapple wedge garnish.  Enjoy!

  1. Do you have recipes for non-alcoholic or "virgin" cocktails such as Piña Colada?

  2. We do not. But in a lot of cases, you can prepare the cocktail and just omit the alcohol. That is what I would do with this recipe. Perhaps have some extra pineapple on hand in case you need more. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
