Best Ever Cocktails - Top 10 Ladies Night - Cocktail Link Party

Can you believe it has been a year and a half since The Slow Roasted Italian first celebrated Ladies Night?  We kicked off that first celebration with a cocktail that I had found and fell in love with Legends Lemon Drop Martini. Chad put the cocktail together for us.  Ladies Night was totally Chad's brain child and after a few more weeks passed with my cocktail ideas like TGIF's Frozen Chocolate MudslideSweet Summery Watermelon Martini, and Heidi's Comet Cocktail, Chad approached me and said...  "I got this babe.  Let me put together a custom cocktail creation for the blog."

On that fateful day, TSRI changed forever and Ladies Night was truly alive!  So, what was this amazing cocktail, the one that changed everything?  Urban Twilight.  Simply put, it is a rum and coke taken to a whole new level...  With a blog post that still blows my mind!

"My cocktails tell a story and reach all of your senses, this one is no exception. This drink resides where the daylight ends and the darkness begins.  In that one hour… the hour of possibilities, where is it not day or night…where anything could happen...."

Chad has been creating custom cocktails ever since!  This week we are going to take a look back at Chad's favorite custom cocktail creations and talk to him about each one!

1)  Urban Twilight is the rum and coke you have always longed for.  It leaves nothing to be desired.  This is my favorite all time creation!  Must try.

2)  Lucky Lemon Seven  is bright, delicious and refreshing.  They go down smooth, REAL smooth.  You may want to keep track so they don't catch up with you later.  One of Donna's favorites!

3)  Cherry Limeade Cocktail is an adult spin on a summer classic.  Packed with sweetness and just enough pucker to leave you wanting more.  Even my mother in law couldn't get enough of this one!

4)  Puckered Jalapeno Frozen Margarita was my first time experimenting with tequila.  I wanted to take something hot and make it cold.  Don't let the jalapeno scare you, this cocktail is delicious to the very last drop!

5) Peanut Butter Cup Delight was created to satisfy my wifes craving for a dessert cocktail that tastes like a candy bar.  I said "How about a Reese's PB Cup cocktail?"  Donna said "Hell yeah!" and so it was born.

6)  Root Beer Float Martini - I love love love love root beer.  Root beer, root beer candy, root beer floats.  This drink was destined to be created!  The perfect adult root beer float for every day!

7) Lemon Cream Pie Martini- My wife and I have a love affair with lemon.  We simply can not get enough of them.  So during last summer I decided to make a dessert drink based on our favorite fruit!  Lip smacking good!

8)  The Nutty Apple Cocktail was a huge surprise.  I thought the caramel apple would be a better cocktail, but this blew it out of the water.  It has the perfect combination of nutty warm flavor and sweet apple.  You certainly can't go wrong with this one.

9)  Strawberry Shortcake Martini is purely summer in a glass!  Every sip will transport you to a 4th of July barbecue having the best strawberry shortcake ever.  No fork needed.  But, bring your appetite.

10)  Melted Chocolate Easter Bunny, although no chocolate Easter bunnies were harmed in the making of this cocktail is surely tastes like one!  Here comes Peter Cottontail.  Hop on into my glass pretty bunny. {{wink wink}}

Thanks for hanging with us to look at some of our favorite cocktails.  Chad is truly a fabulous mixologist and we are so excited to share every cocktail with you. ________________________________________________________________________________
