Happy Thursday and welcome to Ladies Night here at The Slow Roasted Italian.

I can’t believe its March already.  Only 16 days until Saint Patricks Day.  Mr. W seems to always know when it is March, he goes crazy over these McDonald’s Shamrock Shakes (well until they changed the formula).  Anyway, he and I have developed our own versions of the Shamrock Shake. We also have a fantastic lucky shamrock shot you are sure to love.

This is Chad’s adult version of the Shamrock shake.  I will share mine very soon!

Recipe adapted from several recipes found on the web

Enjoy!
