No-Churn 2-Ingredient Peaches & Cream Ice Cream is rich, thick and amazingly delicious. And it does NOT use sweetened condensed milk. This glorious ice cream is speckled with fresh peaches and it’s so good you may never get store bought again!
This simple recipe comes together in a flash and is sure to be your go-to summer ice cream recipe.

Last month I created a dreamy 2-Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream and we are so head over heels over it that I decided to play with other flavor combinations.
Being it is peach season and peaches are ripe, delicious and readily available I knew peaches & cream was the next flavor I needed to share with you.

How To Make Peaches and Cream Ice Cream
This time I started with coffee creamer which is basically the cream and sugar all in one product. Then I added some frozen peaches.
Blended together until it is thick and creamy, it comes out of the blender like soft serve ice cream. It was smooth, luscious and incredible.
However this time I wanted some fruit chunks. So, I diced up some frozen peaches and folded them in. Voila! Perfect.
Toss it into a freezer container for about an hour and it is perfectly scoopable and utterly life changing.

Chad swears this is the best flavor 2-Ingredient ice cream I have ever made. Maybe that has to do with the fresh peaches.
But, he even loved it more than the strawberry. Either way, this one is a keeper!

Helpful Tips to make No-Churn 2-Ingredient Peaches & Cream Ice Cream:
- Try other frozen fruit like strawberries or blueberries.
- Pulse until the ice cream comes together.
- Blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

- 2 cups International Delight Cold Stone Sweet Cream Creamer, 16 ounces
- 5 cups frozen peaches, divided
Instructions
- Add creamer to blender. Top with 4 cups frozen peaches. Cover with blender lid and pulse until peaches and creamer come together. Use your ice cream setting, if your blender has one. Scrape down as needed. Blend until ice cream is thick and creamy.
- Meanwhile: Chop remaining peaches into small pieces.
- Fold chopped peaches into ice cream.
- Serve immediately or scrape into a freezer container (I use a bread loaf pan). Cover with wax paper to keep ice crystals from forming on the top. Freeze until ready to serve, 2 hours to 2 weeks.

I used the Almond Joy creamer, OMG!!…heavenly!! So, do this.. 2 c. heavy whipping cream, 3/4 c. Almond Joy I.D. creamer, 1 c. sweetened cond. milk, 3/4c. hot fudge topping, 1/2c. sliced almonds, coconut flakes, (I used about 3/4 c.) Whip cream to "peaks. Gently add creamer, combine". Fold in Sweet Cond milk. Transfer 1/2 of mixture to freezer safe dish with lid. Stir in fudge to marble. Sprinkle with 1/2 of almonds. swirl with knife to marble. Pour remaining over top, and almonds, coconut, swirl. Cover and freeze overnight. Enjoy!!
Sounds wonderful but it’s loaded with sugar.
Yummmmmm!!!
When making these ice cream recipes can you use the sugar free creamers?
Can I use sugar free creamers for this?
Yummy!!
Is there any way I could substitute non-dairy soy or almond milk creamer instead?
can i use fresh peaches instead of frozen?
The frozen peaches replaces ice cubes, so your ice cream is smooth and rich. I use frozen fruit when I make smoothies. That way it doesn’t get watered down. Chop your peaches up and then freeze them.
Mine was iciey
Will this work with real sweetened condensed milk? I don't use non-dairy creamers (a phrase which the linguistic pedant in me must observe is an oxymoron – if it doesn't contain actual cream, it cannot logically be a "creamer").
I love making my own ice cream and no-churn is just the best invention. Your idea of using the vanilla pastry cream…sounds super yummy!
I didn't see an answer to the questions about using sugar free creamers. Has anyone used them with success?
Thanks!
I have not seen anybody reply either I would think that it would but he might have to add some heavy cream to it to keep the same consistency. I’m curious as well. If it wasn’t for my grandkids being here I would try the sugar-free as well For my husband and I. I’m going to have to try it next
Would this work for Boysenberries too?
Has anybody any ideas as to the UK equivalent of "International Delight Cold Stone Sweet Cream Creamer" please?
Can you use food processor and then mixer?
If I use fresh peaches, should they be peeled first?
A summer staple here! We make it at the beginning of summer and until Fall begins! It is yummy!
