I just made this delicious sounding dessert for a dinner tonight, but when I whipped the peanut butter whipped cream In my stand mixer (with the wire whisk attachment) the solids separated from the liquids and began splashing the liquid everywhere. What did I do wrong?

Definitely be sure to use a whisk attachment on the blender when making the topping! If you donโt, the Peanut will separate and not separate and not work!
