Happy Thursday Slow Roasters!  Labor Day weekend marks the unofficial end of summer.  However we are still summering here in the valley of the sun (and more sun and more sun).  Warm temperatures whether in May or October call for a cold and refreshing drink.  The Gin Fizz Cocktail is a classic that deserves your attention.  Like a lemon soda with no kick, these go down really easy!

Don’t forget to check us out on Facebook – we have a virtual Ladies Night party every Thursday
Come and link up your favorite cocktail or dish!  Fabulous cocktails,
fantastic food and amazing company.  Its the place to be on Thursdays!

Cocktail Tip:  If you have never tried Gin, I recommend starting with a citrus based gin like New Amsterdam, it has a flavor that is quite pleasing.  Coming from a non-gin drinker, this was quite a pleasant surprise!
