    2. If I were going to sub something for meat I think I would use big, meaty portobello mushrooms buzzed up a little bit in my food processor into the consistency of ground meat.

  3. Years ago a friend made meatballs out of zucchini (no meat). He moved away and we lost touch so I never got his recipe. Can you help?
