"On the Lighter Side" this week, I bring you a simple smoothie made with mango, banana and yogurt. It is thick, refreshing, flavorful and a great source of protein at 14 grams per serving (that’s more than 2 eggs!).

Mango Banana Smoothie
1 medium banana, peeled
1 cup mango chunks, frozen
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Place banana, mango, yogurt and honey in blender.
Blend until smooth, pour into your favorite glass and serve immediately.
