I can't believe its March already. Only 16 days until Saint Patricks Day. Mr. W seems to always know when it is March, he goes crazy over these McDonald's Shamrock Shakes (well until they changed the formula). Anyway, he and I have developed our own versions of the Shamrock Shake.
This is Chad's adult version of the Shamrock shake. I will share mine very soon!

Shamrock Shake Cocktail
This is Chad's adult version of the Shamrock shake. I will share mine very soon!
Prep time: 5 MinTotal time: 5 Min
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Absolut vodka
- 2 ounces Creme de Menthe (this is where the gorgeous green color comes from)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Combine ice cream, vodka and creme de menthe in blender. Blend until mixture is thick and pourable. Pour in a large glass and serve with a straw.
- Enjoy!
