It’s Thursday Slow Roasters and that means its Ladies Night at The Slow Roasted Italian!!!  Chad and I really love Ladies Night.  It has given us a chance to try so many different cocktail recipes and given Chad a chance to spread his mixology wings.  He has developed so many amazing drinks over the past year.

One of my all time favorite cocktail creations ever is the Puckered Jalapeño Frozen Margarita.  This perfect cocktail inspired a Jalapeño Margarita recently posted by our friends over at Rufus’ Food and Spirits Guide.  Greg and Katherine at Rufus are a lot of fun.  They have a cocktail post every week with lots of good food on the days in between.  I guess I would describe them as a lot like TSRI with truffle oil. Check them out!  You won’t be disappointed.

  1. I've always wanted to try this drink. All I need is the cranberry juice and I can give it a try. Thanks Donna!

  2. These are potent but so yummy!!! I can drink about two sips before feeling woozy…lol. I need and excuse to throw a cocktail party with all your fabulous idea~

  3. This is not what I was remembering as a Cosmo at all. This is my favorite Cran and Belvedere combination with lime!! I've never tried it with triple sec though. I just added it to my to-try list. Thanks!

  4. You are SO not kidding; the Cosmo is such a classic dilish liquid libation. I'm going to go to my 'somewhat-of-a' bar right now to mix this one up! Cheers!
