of roasted turkey
chopped

green bell pepper
chopped

red onion

can kidney beans
rinsed and drained

Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnishes
shredded Monterey jack cheese

Instructions
Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to a 5-quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through. Top with your favorite garnishes. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can use 1 pound of ground turkey fried in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, in place of the roasted turkey.
