BLEND BANANAS: Add 6 cups frozen banana chunks to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
PROCESS UNTIL CREAMY: Continue blending for 2 to 3 minutes. The bananas will go from crumbly to smooth and creamy. Stop when the mixture looks like soft-serve ice cream.
SERVE OR FREEZE: Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a firmer scoopable texture.
SERVE LATER: If frozen longer, let the nice cream sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping.
ADD TOPPINGS: Serve with your favorite toppings.
