Mix together the sour cream, shredded cheese, cream cheese, bacon, hot sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings until fully combined.
Cut off the top of the bread bowl and remove the insides of the bread, make sure to leave a decent barrier though so the dip doesn’t leak out. Place the bread on a baking sheet.
Pour the dip into the bread bowl and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with scallions or chives and serve warm.
Notes
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder may be used instead of paste.Ham or sausage can be used instead of bacon in this recipe.Reserve the top of the bread for dipping and also use crackers, chips, veggies, and more.Hot sauce can be increased to taste - I found 1 tablespoon was flavorful but didn’t pack a lot of heat.
