Instructions
Crumble peanut butter cookies, by hand or in a food processor, into fine crumbs. Set aside.
Add whipped topping and peanut butter to a medium sized mixing bowl. Fold peanut butter into whipped topping to combine. Set aside.
Using 2 cups cold fat free milk, prepare pudding according to package directions. Use an electric hand mixer to blend for quicker results. Set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons crumbled cookies to each of 4 individual trifle dishes or bowls. Shake gently to disperse cookies into an even layer.
Add 1/2 cup of prepared pudding to dishes. Use the back of a small spoon to create an even layer.
Add 2 additional tablespoons of crumbled cookies over each pudding layer.
Add heaping 1/2 cup of peanut butter whipped topping to top of each bowl. Smooth out top for a nice presentation. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Just before serving, drizzle top of trifles with chocolate syrup and a sprinkling of cookie crumbs. Serve and enjoy!
