Honey Garlic Shrimp is the easy dinner recipe that you didn’t know that you were missing! Only five ingredients and about 5 minutes of work stand between you and dinner!
1poundjumbo shrimppeeled and deveined (about 16 to 20 count)
1/3cuphoney(4 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
4clovesgarlicminced (about 1 tablespoon)
3tablespoonssoy sauce
3tablespoonslime juicefrom about ½ large lime
2green onionschopped (for garnish)
Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
MAKE SAUCE: In a medium bowl, whisk together ⅓ cup honey, 1 tablespoon minced garlic (4 cloves), 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons lime juice until smooth.
COAT SHRIMP: Add 1 pound jumbo shrimp to the bowl and toss until all shrimp are evenly coated.
BAKE SHRIMP: Spread the shrimp and sauce in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and lightly caramelized around the edges.
GARNISH AND SERVE: Remove from the oven and spoon the pan sauce over the shrimp. Garnish with 2 chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Make-Ahead: You can mix the honey garlic sauce up to 2 days ahead.
