Season both sides of the chicken with salt & pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add minced garlic and cook one more minute. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Whisk butter, water, and lemon juice to combine.
