Active Dry Yeast | Warm Milk Honey | All-Purpose Flour Baking Soda | Kosher Salt Egg | Coarse Salt
First, bloom the yeast in a bowl until it’s nice and foamy. Next, mix in the flour and salt until it forms a ball and cut it into 4 pieces.
Roll each piece into a long strand, then slice the strand into 16 pieces, about 1-inch long.
Carefully, add baking soda to boiling water and boil the dough bites for about 30 seconds.
Place the bites on a lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with coarse salt. Then bake until browned.
