FOR THE ROLLS Active Dry Yeast | Water | Sugar Buttermilk | Eggs | Butter | Flour | Salt FOR THE FILLING Butter | Brown Sugar Cinnamon | Cornstarch FOR THE FROSTING Cream Cheese | Butter | Vanilla | Salt Powdered Sugar | Lemon Juice
Pour water and sugar into a stand mixer, sprinkle yeast over top, and stir. Allow yeast to bloom for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime melt some butter.
Add buttermilk, eggs, and butter. Mix on low and add flour, one cup at a time, until you get a ball. Dust countertop with flour. Turn dough out onto it and knead dough into a ball.
