Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls are easy to make for a delicious breakfast! Topped with copycat Cinnabon frosting, these soft sweet rolls with a thick, cinnamon-sugar filling will be gone before you know it.

FOR THE ROLLS Active Dry Yeast | Water | Sugar Buttermilk | Eggs | Butter | Flour | Salt FOR THE FILLING Butter | Brown Sugar Cinnamon | Cornstarch FOR THE FROSTING Cream Cheese | Butter | Vanilla | Salt Powdered Sugar | Lemon Juice

KEY INGREDIENTS

Pour water and sugar into a stand mixer, sprinkle yeast over top, and stir. Allow yeast to bloom for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime melt some butter.

Add buttermilk, eggs, and butter. Mix on low and add flour, one cup at a time, until you get a ball. Dust countertop with flour. Turn dough out onto it and knead dough into a ball.

Heat butter in a bowl until melted. Place dough into bowl upside down, flip over, cover with plastic wrap and drape bowl with a towel. Set in a warm place and let dough rise 60-90 minutes.

Combine the filling mixture. Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Knead and then roll out into a rectangle. Spread softened butter around the dough.

Sprinkle the buttered dough with the filling mixture, gently pressing it into the dough. Tightly roll the dough and cut into 12 pieces.

Place rolls in prepared baking pans. Cover with plastic wrap and drape a towel over. Allow to rise another 60-90 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add in the remaining ingredients. Spread the frosting over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
