  1. Great minds think alike. I'm making tortillas today, so we can have green chile ones later for lunch tomorrow. They sound delicious!

  2. Right up my alley…I always make super cheesy quesadillas with lots of jalapenos. You can never have too much of either ingredient!

  3. Yes please, I eat quesadillas alot for dinner since they are so quick. My go to is monterey jack, minced green bell pepper.

  4. We eat boat-loads of quesadillas around here! Yours look really good! I also love to add black beans and corn to mine to get a little more cheap protein in them.

  5. we love quesadillas in my house and this looks perfect with the amount of cheese and heat! now you have me craving mexican!

  6. I would eat Happy Hour food for every meal if I could. This kind of simple food is the best…great idea for a series.

  7. Whats up! I just want to give an enormous thumbs up for the great information you have got right here on this post. I shall be coming back to your weblog for more soon.
