Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Keep the rolls together and slice through them horizontally so you have one large top and bottom.
Place the bottoms of the rolls onto the baking sheet, cut side up. Divide the turkey evenly on the bread.
Spoon the cranberry sauce over the turkey and use a butter knife to spread it into an even layer.
Scrape off and discard the rind on the brie cheese. Cut the brie into cubes and arrange them evenly on top of the cranberry sauce.
Place the top of the rolls, cut side down, over the ingredients to make the sliders.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter and the parmesan, stirring to combine. Spoon the butter mixture over the tops of the Hawaiian rolls. Reserve the additional tablespoon of butter to brush on the sliders after baking.
Place the baking sheet of sliders into the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and tent it with a sheet of aluminum foil. Place the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Using a pastry brush, apply the reserved melted butter mixture over the tops. You will need to reheat the butter if it has solidified.
Sprinkle each slider with fresh parsley. Use a knife to cut the large sandwich into individual sliders and serve immediately.
