The Bikini Martini

Don't you just love layered drinks? The Bikini Martini is an awesome and inspiring cocktail. It really makes me want to throw an end of summer pool party. Well, actually any party. These are fabulous every day. The coconut, pineapple and sweet grenadine combine to make an incredible island inspired drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 ounce fluffed vodka
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
  • Pour in all of the ingredients, except the grenadine.
  • Shake.
  • Strain into a martini glass.
  • Add the grenadine and let it sink to the bottom.
  • Serve and enjoy!
