BLEND STRAWBERRIES: Transfer the strawberries and their juices to a blender and blend until smooth.
MIX BASE: Pour the strawberry puree back into the bowl. Add 1 cup plain yogurt and ¼ cup lime juice. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
FILL MOLDS: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving about ¼ inch space at the top.
INSERT STICKS: Cover the molds with lids or aluminum foil and insert popsicle sticks.
FREEZE: Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully firm.
SERVE: Run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds to release the popsicles. Serve immediately.
