S'mores on a Stick Recipe
Make S’mores on a Stick with my easy recipe! You’ll crave these gooey, chocolatey, and marshmallow-y s’mores dessert cake pops all summer.

Ingredients
10-12
marshmallows

graham crackers
crushed
3-5
ounces
chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
Crush the graham crackers inside of a ziploc bag with a rolling pin. Add to a small bowl
and set aside.
Place each marshmallow on its own cake pop stick. Set aside.
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate wafers per the instructions on the bag.
Working quickly, dip the top half of the marshmallow into the chocolate, immediately roll in
the crushed graham crackers until all of the chocolate is coated. Place the s’more on a
stick into a slot on the cake pop stand, let sit while chocolate hardens.
Repeat with remaining marshmallows.
Once all the s’mores sticks have been assembled, remove one at a time to toast the
bottom half of the marshmallow with the torch lighter and place back on the cake pop
stand after toasting.
Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
Notes
If you do not have a cake stand, the pops will hold well placed upside down on a serving platter with the sticks pointed up.
