Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan cheese. Make sure all the pasta is evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the pasta chips for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The chips should be crispy and golden brown.
Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and let them cook slightly before serving.

Follow steps 1 and 2 from the air fryer instructions above.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta chips are crispy and golden brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize the seasoning based on your preferences. Add a pinch of smoked paprika, dried herbs, or even a different type of grated cheese for extra flavor. Serve the chips as a snack on their own or with your favorite dip, such as marinara sauce, hummus, sour cream, onion dip or even Lasagna Dip!Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Note that they may soften slightly.
