Instructions
In a small skillet over medium heat, add 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic and chopped jalapeno. Cook jalapeno and garlic until soft. Remove from skillet and transfer to bowl.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked jalapeno, garlic, parsley, beer, hot sauce, salt, pepper and cayenne.
Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal amounts. Shape into 4 patties.
If grilling indoors, prepare grill according to manufacturers instructions. I just put my burgers on the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear.Top with cheese; grill 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve on rolls with salsa. You can add sour cream and lettuce if you like.
