Legends Lemon Drop Martini
Whether you are an Oprah fan or not, you are going to love this Lemon Drop Martini. It truly is like a lemon drop in a glass!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons super fine sugar plus about 1/4 cup to sugar-rim the martini glass
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 2 shots vodka
- Ice in shaker
- 1 lemon wedge to sugar-rim the martini glass
Instructions
- Pour about 1/4 cup super fine sugar onto a saucer slightly larger than your martini glass rim. Prepare your glasses by rubbing the rim of your glass with your lemon wedge.
- Place rim of glass in sugar and spin slowly to coat the rim.
- Mix lemon juice, sugar and vodka in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with mint.
Notes
You can make your own super fine sugar by running granulated sugar in the food processor.
