Looking for a low carb side dish that’s packed with flavor? Keto Brussel Sprouts are made with melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and simple seasonings.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a large baking tray.
In the meantime, prepare the brussel sprouts. First, chop them into halves and place them in the baking tray. Set it aside.
Make the garlic butter by mixing melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and ground pepper. Then, use this mixture to brush brussel sprouts from both sides.
Bake them for 15 minutes, or until golden from one side and then flip them over the other side for another 10 minutes.
Serve warm with shredded parmesan cheese on top. Yum!
