Fruit Jeweled White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

almonds

dried apricots
cut into 1/4’s
1/2
cup
dried cranberries
1 1/2
pounds
white chocolate
chopped or use morsels
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Pour almonds onto a second baking sheet and bake 5-7 minutes, until fragrant and golden brown.
Meanwhile, add white chocolate to a medium microwave safe bowl. Heat chocolate 30 seconds at a time. Repeat until smooth; stirring each time.
Reserve a small handful of fruit and nuts to garnish the bark. Sprinkle remaining fruit and nuts over the baking sheet.
Pour melted chocolate over fruit and nuts and smooth with a spatula. Sprinkle remaining fruit over the top and gently press toppings into chocolate.
Set at room temperature for 2 hours or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Break into pieces with clean hands.
Serve and enjoy!
