1cupReese’s Baking Cups and Reese’s Pieces Candycan use Reese’s Mini Unwrapped and Reese’s Pieces - divided for the topping
1/2cuppeanut butter chips
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium size mixing bowl, with a fork, mix the brownie mix and flour together until combined.
Add the eggs, melted butter, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract and mix well.
Fold the peanut butter chips and ¼ cup Reese’s Baking Chips and Reese’s Pieces Candy (mine was already mixed but you can do the individual candies) into the batter.
Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to create cookie dough balls.
Place them about 2” apart on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
While the cookies cool, press a few Reese’s Baking Chips and Reese’s Pieces Candy on top of each cookie.
Notes
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Brownie cookies are soft and chewy. I like to under-bake my cookies for 8 minutes so they stay soft in the middle. Cookies will continue to cook while they cool on the baking sheet.
