Easy Homemade Air Fryer Cornbread Recipe (From Scratch)
This Air Fryer Cornbread comes out perfectly tender and moist — no box mix needed! It’s an incredible side dish to any meal.

whole buttermilk

melted butter

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Then whisk in the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until just combined.
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish. Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cornbread cool slightly before serving.
