Circus Cookie Fluff Salad
This Fluff Salad combines frosted circus animal cookies and marshmallows with Cool Whip and white chocolate pudding mix. Simple and sweet!
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 3.3 ounce box instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup frosted circus animal cookies roughly crushed
- Additional frosted circus animal cookies for topping
- Rainbow sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- COMBINE: In a large mixing bowl, add 8 ounces whipped topping, 1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1 cup crushed circus cookies.
- MIX: Stir gently until fully combined and no dry pudding mix remains. The mixture should look thick, fluffy, and evenly speckled with cookies.
- TRANSFER: Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and smooth the top.
- GARNISH: Top with additional circus cookies and rainbow sprinkles.
- SERVE: Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for a thicker texture.

Chill Option: Refrigerating for 30 to 60 minutes helps the pudding fully hydrate and thickens the fluff.
