Chocolate Caramel Cookie Cocktail Shooters

This is an amazing creamy chocolate cocktail with smooth and rich caramel highlights throughout. You are going to love this! Remember... you can skip the shooter glasses and pour these into martini glasses (serves 2 martini glasses).

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Creme de Cacao
  • 1 1/2 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 ounce Frangelico Hazelnut liqueur
  • 1 ounce Meyers dark rum
  • 2 ounces International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
  • ice
  • chocolate cookies for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients (except cookies), shake well. Pour into shooter glasses, garnish with a cookie and serve.
  • Enjoy!
