Slice cantaloupe in half. If you would like a decorative edge, slide your cutter in and out around the cantaloupe. Then, use a melon baller to scoop out the melon from one-half of the melon.
In a medium bowl combine melon balls with grapes and banana slices. Squeeze lemon on top, the lemon will add another dimension and keep the fruit from browning. Toss gently with a medium size serving spoon to mix.
Place fruit mixture back into hollowed out cantaloupe half. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

To get a fancy edge on the cantaloupe use a vegetable peeler with a curved side or a v-shaped blade.
