Broccoli Cheddar Turkey Egg Bowls are a fabulous power packed breakfast. The recipe is so easy it will become your new make ahead breakfast option. I mean really, who has time in the morning?
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 4 small (2-cup) oven safe bowls on a baking sheet and completely coat the inside of each bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Place 4 slices of turkey in each bowl, overlapping to make a bowl. Each slice will extend above the bowl slightly.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine egg whites, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Whisk until well incorporated.
Add 1 cup of broccoli to each cup, on top of the turkey. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into each bowl.
Place baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake for 22 minutes until center is set (not jiggly).
Remove from oven and add 1/4 cup cheese to the top of each egg bowl. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
You can remove the Broccoli Cheddar Turkey Egg Bowl from the glass bowl and serve on a plate or eat it right inside the bowl it was cooked in.

ou can substitute 1 whole egg for every 2 egg whites that you wish to swap out.
