16ouncescavatappi pastacooked, drained, and rinsed in cool water
1 1/2cupscheddar or Colby-jack cheesecubed
1 1/2cupsgrape tomatoeshalved
1cupred onionthinly sliced
1poundground beefbrowned
1 1/2cupsromaine lettuceshredded
1cupdill pickleschopped
Big Mac Sauce
3/4cupmayonnaise
3/4cupsour cream
2teaspoonsFrench dressing
1/4cupsweet pickle relishplus 2 tablespoons
2teaspoonsclassic yellow mustard
1tablespoononionfinely minced
1 1/2teaspoonsdistilled white vinegar
1 1/2teaspoonsgranulated sugar
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonturmeric
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, toss together cooled pasta, cubed cheese, tomatoes, red onion, ground beef, romaine, and pickle chunks.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all of the Big Mac Sauce ingredients. Pour dressing over the pasta salad ingredients and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
