1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1/2tablespoonNew Mexico chili powder
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonfresh ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large sauce pan over medium heat combine all ingredients. Whisk to combine well. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
