Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in your crockpot and pour over the salsa and taco seasoning.
Cook on high for 4 hours, then shred with 2 forks or a standing mixer fitted with the beater attachment.
Mix the shredded chicken back into the salsa and serve in tacos or use for any of your favorite Mexican chicken dishes.
