Our Chick Fil A chicken sandwich tastes as good as the original. Tender, juicy meat with a crispy, seasoned exterior is sandwiched between buttery toasted buns for one perfect bite.

Chicken Breast | Peanut Oil Salt | Sugar | Pickle Juice Flour | Powdered Milk Celery Salt | Garlic Powder Powdered Sugar | Paprika Pepper | Eggs | Milk

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cut chicken breasts in half. Wrap in plastic wrap and pound with a meat tenderizer. Mix brine ingredients, add chicken and place in the fridge.

In a shallow bowl, combine all breading ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Set the egg wash aside. Add peanut oil to a large pot.

Dip chicken into the egg wash. Then place into the breading and coat on both sides. Carefully lower one piece into the hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, toast hamburger buns to your liking. Assemble chicken sandwich with pickles, and other toppings.
