Chocolate Fudge Cake is gooey, decadent, and totally easy to make. It’s ready in 30 minutes for a last-minute dessert or late-night craving. Top with fudgy icing and try not to keep it all to yourself!

Sugar | Flour | Baking Powder Baking Soda | Butter | Water | Eggs Cocoa Powder | Salt | Milk | Vanilla Vinegar | Chocolate Chips

KEY INGREDIENTS

Add milk and vinegar to a small cup. In a medium bowl add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder, and stir with a whisk.

Bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil, then add to the flour mixture and beat well. Add baking soda to the milk mixture. Set aside.

Add eggs to the flour butter mixture. Then add the milk mixture and vanilla. Beat well. Combine chocolate chips with flour and fold into the mixture.

Pour into a cake pan and bake for 20 minutes. Five minutes before the cake is done, prepare the icing, then spread over the hot cake.
