Balsamic Glazed Meatloaf is amazing comfort food! Moist and delicious, this meatloaf glaze recipe comes together quickly. You can even make balsamic brown sugar glaze ahead of time!

Lean Ground Beef | Whole Milk Italian Bread Crumbs | Ketchup Balsamic Vinegar | Nutmeg Salt | Pepper | Onion Powder Egg | Brown Sugar

KEY INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, add beef and breadcrumbs. Pour the milk in, add ketchup, balsamic vinegar, nutmeg, pepper, salt and onion powder, then set aside.

Whisk egg slightly, then add to the meat mixture, using your hands to combine ingredients. Form into a loaf shape and transfer to a roasting pan.

Combine ketchup, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Apply glaze evenly to the top of your meatloaf and cover with foil. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, then remove from oven and allow the meatloaf to rest, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes.
